Dingemans Management B.V. is active in various areas within the world of parking and mobility. With over 20 years of experience in the international parking industry, Peter Dingemans is implementing his activities through Dingemans Management.

As a parking professional for renowned parking companies, Peter has contributed in leading positions to building organizations, the introduction of innovative parking solutions and thus realized several leading international reference projects. With solid knowledge and experience in a wide area of parking technology, ranging from camera-based parking guidance systems (PGS), parking management systems (PMS) for on- & off-street to the implementation of smart parking projects, digitization issues and the integration and implementation of mobile and/ or electronic payment systems and solutions, Peter is happy to be your partner in advising, supervising and implementing projects.

For Peter, customer interest, reliability and the achievement of the best possible results are key. With a solid track record and knowledge of general, technical, functional and implementation areas, Peter helps you successfully realize and manage your parking project. From Dingemans Management, Peter offers services to its clients in both the public and private sectors for the successful realization of parking projects. In addition, Dingemans Management supports the implementation of innovative parking technologies and the development of new activities and projects in the international parking and mobility sector.

Peter is active as vice-chairman of Vexpan, the Dutch Parking Association and is a board member of the EPA, the European Parking Association. In that capacity he is also chairing the EPA working group reviewing the European Standard Parking Award Off-Street (ESPA Off-Street) criteria.

For Vexpan, Peter is also  active as chairman of the Convenant Laad Infrastructure working group in parking garages (CLIP) where, in cooperation with the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, parking operators, involved municipalities and other stakeholders, coordination takes place to stimulate the parking industry to achieve sufficient EV-charging points in (public) parking garages.

As a project member of the Change Advisory Board (CAB), Peter is also involved in the Open Parking Data project, part of the Data & Services Program of the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management.
